The run up to Christmas has seen some fantastic coverage of Packington Free Range in the media, especially for our cockerels which seem which seem to be becoming a firm favourite as an alternative to traditional turkey amongst some of the best chefs and foodies around.

The article looks at where chefs including Michel Roux, Mark Hix and Jamie Oliver buy their meat, spirits and cheeses for Christmas, and mentions our succulent and flavoursome cockerel as the ‘new bird in town’!
