So after a very busy Christmas period we have finally got all our feedback from our cockerel in. We were so pleased with the feedback we got and most importantly we were happy that people enjoyed the cockerels. This year was the first year that we did our farm gates sales and we really enjoyed meeting everybody, we hadd a great time listening to christmas songs, eating mince pies andd drinking mulledd wine with you!

‘We are very conventional and don’t do anything fancy with the cockerel – but then it doesn’t need much adding. We just drizzle with oil and roast. As in previous years it was just perfect – very tender, moist, and flavoursome – whether served hot or cold.
