In light of our new recipes being going live this week, we would like to say a huge thank you to Nicole Drysdale – the wonderful talent behind our Slow-cooked Pulled Pork with Sweet and Sticky Beetroot dish, our Farmhouse Chicken and Seasonal Squash Pie, our Great British Pot Roast with Smokey Chorizo and our particular favourite, Creamy Chicken and Mixed Mushrooms on Toasted Bloomer. Nicole really has done a fantastic job at experimenting with a range of incredible flavours and ingredients to create these unique Packington recipes, which we can then share with you. Not only is she a culinary whizz in the kitchen, but she has also offered her photography styling services to Packington which we are extremely grateful for.
