I love the responsibility of managing the egg packing department as it is a mixture of hard work and having fun with my team. We have music playing, everyone knows their role within the team, so even the busiest days run smoothly.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬?
It can get a little repetitive at times as we do tend to do the same things each day, that is the nature of the job. However, ensuring that our orders go out on time, makes it worthwhile.
𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮, 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧’𝐭 𝐞𝐠𝐠 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫?
If I didn’t work in the egg room, I would be doing some sort of farm work.
𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲………𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭?
I do love the chicken wings and our pork chops, but overall our eggs are my favourite product, as they are eggcellent!!
