How to cook your chicken fillets
For best results, cook skin-side down in a hot pan until crisp, then finish in the oven at 180°C until cooked through.
Alternatively, roast whole or slice for quick, simple meals.
Simple seasoning is all that’s needed - the quality does the work.

Suitable for freezing. Product life guaranteed for 4 days excluding delivery day, with an average of 9 days.
Package Type: Tray & Heat Sealed, packed in a protective atmosphere.
Storage Instructions
Keep refrigerated. Once opened consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Cool leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within 2 hours, consume within 2 days.
Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

Cooking Instructions
Check product is piping hot before serving.
Oven cook – From Chilled. Pre-heat oven to 190ºC, Fan 170ºC, Gas Mark 5. Place chicken in roasting tray and to help retain its moisture, cover loosely with foil. Cook for 25-30 minutes.
To check your chicken is cooked, insert skewer into thickest part of the breast. If the juices run clear, your chicken is cooked. If juices run pink, return to the oven for a further 10 minutes and re-test. Once cooked, remove from the oven and, while keeping the foil over the chicken, let it rest for 5 minutes.; Stir Fry – From Chilled. To stir fry your breast of chicken; cut into thin strips. Heat 1 tbsp (18ml) of oil in a frying pan or wok and once the oil is hot, fry the chicken on a moderate high heat for 7-8 minutes.
What is the delivery cost?
Delivery is £10.00, which is what our courier charges us to deliver your parcel next day. We offer free delivery on orders over £75.
Delivery date information
We currently deliver on a Thursday, in time for the weekend. Please place your orders by Sunday for delivery the following Thursday.
Can you deliver to my address?
We can deliver to the majority of postcodes on a next day AM delivery service that will arrive between 8 and noon.
We do not deliver to the following areas but one of our stockists may be able to help you:

Customer Contact & Tracking
An email will be sent to the email address provided by yourself when you order to confirm your order. You will also receive a dispatch email with tracking information so you can view the delivery schedule on the day of delivery, complete with a drop pin of how far away the driver is.
If you provide a mobile number, you can also receive text messages from our carrier providing you with details on your delivery status.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not home when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, they will leave it in a safe place. If there’s no safe place available, they will leave a card with details and attempt to re-deliver the next working day.

What a whopper! This is a huge chicken breast - so obviously comes from a mature bird. Yet it is incredibly tender. This IS chicken! Moist, juicy, toothsome and so satisfying. The texture, the flavour, the bite, the chew. The skin is buttery and intense. Utterly sublime.
This is the plumpest fillet we have seen for a while – generous and with no shrinkage. The skin is delicious. A wonderfully moist piece of meat, offering such a delightful change. It tastes of chicken! Delicious. It has the confidence of a bird that has had a good life, and holds on to its flavour, so is worthy of an award.
Love it, really tender and very very tasty
I started purchasing from Packington over 10 years ago. I wanted to start cooking with good quality product.
It tasted so, so differently to the chicken breast fillets i used to buy from supermarkets.
At that time our two younger sons made what I thought was a profound comment regarding Packington Chicken Fillets which was...
"Wow, this is so tasty, it tastes so different"
They did not need as much Chicken because the quality is there.
For boys to notice spoke volumes!
We continue to buy chicken breast fillets from Packington and will certainly continue.

The judges were really impressed with the depth of chicken flavour in these generously-sized fillets. The skin especially was delicious – thick, golden and a real giveaway that the chicken had had a long and happy life. The flesh was super juicy, moist and flavoursome.
