Storage Instructions
Store below 4 degrees. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Cool leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within 2 hours. Consume within 2 days. Use within 1 month. Defrost fully before use, do not refreeze once defrosted.

How to roast:
Ensure the cockerel is fully defrosted first.
1. Remove the cockerel from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
2. Preheat the oven to 200 0C (standard oven not fan)
3. Season and put in a preheated tray for 20 mins.
4. Then reduce the temp down to 180C, and cook for a further 30 minutes per kg.
5. Check that the juices run clear at the end of time using a skewer to the thickest part of the thigh.
6. If the juices are not clear, cook for a further 10 minutes.
7. When cooked remove and rest for 15 minutes.
8. Carve and ENJOY!
We currently deliver weekly on a Friday, in time for the weekend. Please place your orders by Sunday for delivery the following Friday.
We can deliver to the majority of postcodes on a next day delivery service.
We can’t deliver to certain areas like the Scottish Highlands, Ireland and Isle of Man due to longer delivery times, please see postcodes of areas we do not deliver to below:

Customer Contact & Tracking
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided by yourself when you order. You will also receive a dispatch email with tracking information so you can view the delivery schedule on the day of delivery, complete with a drop pin of how far away the driver is.
If you provide a mobile number, you can also receive text messages from our carrier providing you with details on your delivery status.
Can I order for friends & family?
You can order from us and we can deliver directly to the recipient – perfect as a gift, or if you’re spending Easter at a different address.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not home when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, they will leave it in a safe place. If there’s no safe place available, they will leave a card with details and attempt to re-deliver the next working day.
