Package Type: Tray & Heat Sealed, packed in a protective atmosphere.
Storage Instructions
Keep refrigerated. Once opened consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Cool leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within 2 hours, consume within 2 days.
Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.

Cooking Instructions
General. Preparation Methods
To help you get the best from our products we’ve included some cooking guidelines below…
Check product is piping hot before serving.; Oven cook – From Chilled. Pre-heat oven to 190ºC, Fan 170ºC, Gas Mark 5. Place chicken in roasting tray and to help retain its moisture, cover loosely with foil. Cook for 25-30 minutes.
To check your chicken is cooked, insert skewer into thickest part of the breast. If the juices run clear, your chicken is cooked. If juices run pink, return to the oven for a further 10 minutes and re-test. Once cooked, remove from the oven and, while keeping the foil over the chicken, let it rest for 5 minutes.; Stir Fry – From Chilled. To stir fry your breast of chicken; cut into thin strips. Heat 1 tbsp (18ml) of oil in a frying pan or wok and once the oil is hot, fry the chicken on a moderate high heat for 7-8 minutes.
What is the delivery cost?
Delivery is £10.00, which is what our courier charges us to deliver your parcel next day. We offer free delivery on orders over £75.
Delivery date information
We currently deliver on a Friday, in time for the weekend. Please place your orders by Sunday for delivery the following Friday.
Can you deliver to my address?
We can deliver to the majority of postcodes on a next day AM delivery service that will arrive between 8 and noon.
We do not deliver to the following areas but one of our stockists may be able to help you:

Customer Contact & Tracking
An email will be sent to the email address provided by yourself when you order to confirm your order. You will also receive a dispatch email with tracking information so you can view the delivery schedule on the day of delivery, complete with a drop pin of how far away the driver is.
If you provide a mobile number, you can also receive text messages from our carrier providing you with details on your delivery status.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not home when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, they will leave it in a safe place. If there’s no safe place available, they will leave a card with details and attempt to re-deliver the next working day.

The juiciness of these golden-skinned chicken fillets was visibly evident, and swiftly confirmed by the taste. Moist, umami-driven, with an impressive depth of flavour, this is evidently high-quality meat, handled with immense care.
These are large, generous chicken breasts that make you fear they will be dry, but are the complete opposite! The meat is tender, juicy and as moist as can be, and carries a deep savouriness. The skin is crisp and caramelised, paper-thin and delicious to eat. Full of flavour and potentially the perfect star of plenty of dishes.
This is a neat-looking, well-butchered large piece of chicken. The aroma is rich, meaty and clean. The skin crisps up well and the meat is succulent and tender and has plenty of sweet, fresh meaty flavour.
